Important Notice: A
Milldirect Flooring Ltd will not accept any claims on already installed materials. –The Installer and or the end user assumes final responsibility to the product quality, therefore all flooring must be inspected prior to installation. You must carefully examine your floor for colour, grade, finish and general condition of the environment for humidity and acceptable moisture level prior to installation.
If material is not acceptable contact Milldirect Flooring Ltd or your dealer immediately
STOP - DO NOT INSTALL THE FLOOR
Once the strip/plank has been installed, it is deemed acceptable by the installer or the end user. It is the owners responsibility to ensure that wood delivered or picked up is the wood that has been ordered.
If you decide to hire an Installer who will install or assist you to install with or without your supervision, it is your responsibility to ensure the Professional and Practical judgment of the Installer. You must follow all installation instructions and guidelines as set by the Hardwood Flooring Industry.
All Flooring Products distributed by Milldirect Flooring Ltd is governed by the Manufactures Warranty- all Warranty Policies are subject to their Terms and Conditions.
Important Notice –B
1) Milldirect Flooring Ltd would like to advise their clients that their flooring products react if exposed to a high level of humidity for long period of time by expanding. This can cause floor to lift. It is strongly recommended to control the humidity level suitable for your hardwood flooring as per the guidelines set by the flooring association.
2) 2) The Radiant heating system may cause severe and irreversible damages to your hardwood flooring. Take time to obtain information from your Electrical/Radiant Heating professional to ensure the right condition for your hardwood floor
3) Hardwood Flooring Strip/Plank , in particular Canadian Hard Maple , Canadian Birch and Exotic woods can be subject to variations in colour, which are due to the nature of the wood essence.
4) Even though these differences in tint are permitted in the grade specifications, the manufacturer does everything in its power to avoid these differences.
5) It is important to inform your customers (Installer/End User) to be extremely vigilant during installation and to be certain that pieces of wood be installed judiciously.
MILLDIRECT FLOORING LTD CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TINT IF PIECES HAVE ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED.
