5)      All pricing is in Canadian Dollar

Return of Goods and Claims

Handling charge of 15% or $25.00 which ever is greater is applicable on all returned merchandise except specialty custom orders & discontinued products- No Return on Custom or Discontinued items.

All returns must have prior approval from Milldirect Flooring Ltd and must be in Original package and in 100% saleable condition- anything less will not be accepted for credit or exchange.

Milldirect Flooring Ltd will not accept returns after 30 days from the original date of invoice.

All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

All handling, freight and beyond charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

All Claims for damaged materials, short shipment etc must be reported immediately and report files within 48 hours.

 

FOB Point/Delivery and Pickup Conditions:

All Pickup or delivery is FOB our Shipping Dock – It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the quality , grading, colour  and overall condition of the packages that the product picked up or delivered is the product that has been ordered or chosen prior to accepting the materials. Milldirect  Flooring Ltd will not be responsible for any  irregularities such as freight damage etc after the product is picked up and signed as : received in” Good Condition” by the buyer or the carrier or the end user.

 

 Delivery/Pickup: All FOB our Surrey Warehouse – beyond freight to the account of the buyer or pickup @ our warehouse

 

Material Handling: Buyer has the final inspection responsibility as to the grade, finish and general condition of order being picked up  or delivered.

 

Hold/Inventory: We will allow 24hours hold on Inventory and will hold confirmed written orders up to maximum 7 days or unless specified. Order will be cancelled beyond that point unless reconfirmed by the buyer.

 

Discontinued/Obsolete product: Milldirect will not be responsible or guarantee supply of any product line that has been discontinued either by them or by the manufacturer.
